Richburg, SC Full-Time Are you an experienced fabricator or welder looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Join a growing manufacturing team and help build and repair metal forms used in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

What You'll Do

Fabricate, assemble, and repair steel forms and molds Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, drill, grind, fit, and weld materials Perform MIG welding and other fabrication processes Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, torches, and drill presses Modify existing forms to meet production requirements Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend solutions Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

2+ years of fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred MIG welding experience required Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment

Work Environment

• Heavy industrial manufacturing facility
• Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting
• PPE required, including steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves
