Position Wellness Nurse Manager (Full‑time) Location North Royalton, Ohio Wage $31.50 - $39.00 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm‑7 am Responsibilities Act as a Superior Supervisor; in the absence of department heads, lead the building; support the Wellness team and other departments to provide reliable, person‑centered care. Be a Force on the Floor; assist with call lights, provide assistance to the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that prioritizes residents’ needs. Be a Diligent Documenter; complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver; exemplify Arrow’s core values, ensuring each interaction is professional, caring, and leaves residents feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of current medication regulation and law. Understanding of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Experience with hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents is preferred. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive, energetic attitude; enthusiastic about caring for residents. Capacity to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day. Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery assistance.
