All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system with Beacon for Chemo utilized for chemotherapy-related documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, an active Washington state license, prescriptive authority, and hospital privileges are required for this assignment.
