Now Hiring:Cook Responsibilities of Cook: Prepare food according to selected menus and approved recipes. Complete the preparation of all food items in a timely manner and assure that all foods meet required serving temperatures. Comply with health, sanitation, safety, and food handling standards. Adhere to quality and cost containment standards. Qualifications of Cook: Previous experience as a cook in a nursing and rehabilitation facility preferred. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment. Knowledge of quantity cooking.
