Licensed Practical Nurse

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents Assess residents' needs and monitor changes in condition Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow all applicable state and federal rules and regulations Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of every resident Qualifications Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice Ability to assess residents' needs and provide appropriate nursing care Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Both newly licensed and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply!
