Key Responsibilities

as a heavy equipment operator, you will:

• operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
• conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• load materials into plants based on production needs.
• gain expertise in aggregate sizes, classifications, and weight requirements.
• work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
• take initiative, working independently with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

• proficiency in operating front-end loaders.
• minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment (preferred).
• experience with rock crushers and screening equipment is a bonus.
• class a cdl is a bonus too!

Physical Requirements

this role involves:

• lift and carry 25-50 lbs. regularly.
• perform repetitive movements like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.
• sit or stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain.
• work outdoors in all types of weather and noisy environments.
• frequent sitting
• occasional push/pull
• rarely bending/stooping
• rarely climbing
• occasional reaching
• continuous grasping equipment controls
• occasional fine manipulation
• frequent use of foot controls

Pre-Employment Requirements

• passing a pre-employment drug test.
• successfully completing a pre-employment physical.
