The ideal candidate is extremely organized, driven, a self-starter, detail oriented and a people person. This position requires a minimum of two years’ experience working as a personal injury pre‑lit case manager. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required. We are looking for someone for the long-term who wants to grow their legal career with us. A bit about us We represent people who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of a corporation, business, governmental entity or individual with insurance. We specialize in a wide array of injury cases with an emphasis on brain, spine and catastrophic injuries. Duties and responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time. Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation. Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures. Collecting medical records and bills. Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information. Scanning/saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases. Overseeing case manager assistant. Assisting with intake specialist when needed to evaluate intakes, help sign new clients up, etc. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
