Job Title Customer Service Manager - Boston, MA Job Description The Customer Service Manager defines and implements service operation strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving excellence in service delivery across all business units. Your Role Provides input toward developing advanced, scalable operational frameworks for new service offerings, ensuring these frameworks are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and can support future growth. Drives transformational changes in service operations by enforcing our service delivery plan that addresses complex operational challenges and delivers significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Establishes and enforces rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all service operations, ensuring that all processes meet the highest legal and operational requirements. Supports strategic account planning by contributing service insights and identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience. Manages daily reports, runs daily service team meetings, and attends hospital environment of care meetings. You're The Right Fit If Have 2+ years of experience in medical device service operations or biomedical engineering. Have experience working with or supporting diagnostic imaging or large healthcare systems. Hold a bachelor’s degree or possess a master’s degree in service delivery, service operations, or an equivalent field. Can successfully perform the required physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation. Have demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments. How We Work Together This is a field‑based role. We expect office‑based teams to work in person at least three days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities, while field roles are performed outside the company’s main facilities, typically at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in MA is $101,000.00 to $140,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
