About the Role As a Team Member, you’ll greet every guest with a smile, create a welcoming atmosphere, and promote the Einstein Bros. brand. You will help maintain a clean and safe store environment and ensure high‑quality food and beverages. You’ll be part of a team that values customer service, teamwork, and continuous growth. Work Schedule Flexible schedule with no evenings or nights. The first shift starts as early as 3am. You will not work past 3pm. Location & Compensation Address: 15721 Bernardo Heights Pkwy Ste G, San Diego, CA 92128 Hourly rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
