What you will enjoy doing:

• Perform work safely following Linde's policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems (600VAC and below) and automatic control valves
• Calibrate and maintain pneumatic, electronic, and process control instrumentation, including analytical equipment such as IR and Gas Chromatograph analyzers
• Use control logic drawings to troubleshoot process control systems and document repairs in the CMMS system
• Schedule and execute maintenance for electrical, pneumatic, instrumentation, motor control, and analytical systems
• Climb ladders, stairways, and operate man-lifts for elevated maintenance while ensuring safety and instructing contract personnel on compliance
• Be knowledgeable of switchgear control systems and functionally rack breakers in and out or switch them
• Read, interpret, and maintain, as needed, P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams in compliance with SOPs, QA, and MOC policies
• Learn to operate units to continuously supply products at the appropriate quantities and qualities safely and economically, complying with all environmental regulations and daily customer requirements
• Support Operations as needed
• Monitor process performance and make appropriate adjustments to remedy deviations and align with the specified norm

What makes you great:

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent apprenticeship is preferred
• Bring at least three years of experience in process control instrumentation
• Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of instrumentation and electrical hand tools, meters, and calibration equipment
• Possess working knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and motors
• Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams accurately
• Exhibit strong organizational and planning abilities to manage tasks effectively
• Apply strong computer skills to support technical and administrative duties
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
