Credit Analyst Position
A community bank in Woodland Park is seeking a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Teller County and the Pikes Peak region. You'll build working relationships with loan officers, with room to grow into lending or credit management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial and consumer credit requests and spread financials
- Risk-rate new loans and keep existing ratings current
- Prepare credit memos that support lending decisions
- Contribute to month-end and regulatory reporting
- Monitor loan covenants, exceptions, and policy compliance
- Help train new team members on credit processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting required
- A year or more of bank credit analyst work preferred
- Comfort with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication
- Eager to build a long-term career in banking
