Nature of Duties: Operates a multi-line switchboard, directing calls and scheduling patient appointments according to clinic guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma preferred Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred Strong communication skills Specific Duties: Answer 100-150 incoming calls daily. Accurately schedule appointments and route messages to the correct team. Ensure proper documentation in the medical record. Meet performance goals (e.g., 85% calls answered in under 30 seconds, less than 10% abandonment rate). Perform other related duties as needed to support clinic operations. Compensation: Pay starting at $17.87.
