Med Tech Qualifications

• Certification: ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MLT / MLS) required.
• Skills: Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and result interpretation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff. In-depth knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
