Site Manager

Description PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises clinic operations according to health center policies and procedures.
- Implements and evaluates systems within the center that promote quality of care while monitoring cost effectiveness.
- Collects, organizes, and shares data with appropriate staff for continual quality improvement of operations.
- Maintains awareness of factors that positively and negatively affect the patient experience, including personnel interactions in the work environment.
- Secures and opens facility as needed.
- Work at other BHC sites for special projects as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in health or business administration or equivalent experience;
- Minimum three years supervisory and management experience in community health centers;
- Emotional intelligence (EI), the ability to be sensitive to and understand the emotions of others and to manage his or her own emotions and impulses required;
- Ability to work with people of all social and ethnic backgrounds;
- Familiarity with use of clinical software such as eCW and Microsoft Office programs preferred;
- Ability to train, mentor and develop staff.
