FOOD SERVICES SPECIALIST
Department of the Air Force
Duties
Plans, directs and accomplishes the operation and management of the Food Service Operations.
Contract Officers' Representative and technical oversight over full food service contract.
Prepares, coordinates and serves on the Base Menu Review Board and represents Installation food services at other boards and meetings.
Develops a program for replacing equipment (five-year plan) and upgrading facilities.
