SharePoint Administrator
This position is part of HII's Mission Technologies division, which is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments in Springfield, VA.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining SharePoint systems.
- Supports system operations and services.
- Creates and manages sites.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems.
- Trains and supports business users.
- Researches and resolves access issues.
- Plans, directs and executes system upgrades and design changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint farm administration experience with SharePoint Server (2016, 2019, or Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online hybrid environments.
- Experience designing and managing multi-tier SharePoint farms, including Web Front Ends, Application Servers, Database Servers, and Service Applications.
- Strong understanding of DoD security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements for enterprise SharePoint deployments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
