Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
