Job Title:  General Labor

Position Type:  Contract

Location:  Colorado City, TX

Pay: $25/hr.

Summary:

LEAD Technical is currently looking for dependable  General Site Laborers to support an active project. Responsibilities include assembling racks and shelving, packing materials, moving supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite. This assignment will last until at least December 31,2026. Shifts are 12 hours, day shift is 7AM – 7PM, night shift 7PM – 7AM. This is a  CONTRACT role that is available immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and position racks, shelving, and site structures.
• Pack, wrap, label, and prepare materials for storage or shipment.
• Lift, carry, and move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout 12-hour shifts.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the assigned schedule.
• Dependable transportation to and from worksite.
• English-speaking ability required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
