We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment options and guide them through every step of their dental journey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Review treatment plans with patients in a clear, caring, and confident manner
• Educate patients on recommended treatment and answer questions
• Discuss insurance benefits, estimated patient responsibility, and financing options
• Coordinate treatment acceptance and schedule appointments efficiently
• Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed
• Present payment options and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
• Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is preferred
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance, and treatment planning
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident discussing treatment costs and financing
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
