• Base Salary: $40,000
• Uncapped Commission Structure
• Average Earnings: $60,000 – $75,000+
• Top Performers: $85,000+ annually

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Representative/Physician Liaison who is passionate about relationship-building and improving patient access to care.

This role blends healthcare marketing, provider relations, and patient coordination —ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field and as part of a mission-driven clinical team.

What You’ll Do

Provider & Community Outreach:

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and referral partners
• Manage and grow a designated territory within the RGV
• Educate providers on services and coordinate patient referrals
• Ensure referred patients experience a smooth transition into care
• Communicate with internal teams to support scheduling and follow-ups
• Help maintain a high-quality patient experience from referral to treatment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, healthcare marketing, or provider relations preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage a territory effectively
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
