Qualities We're Looking For You can think for yourself and anticipate what’s needed You're comfortable seating crowns, adjusting partials/dentures, and assisting with emergency patients You enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and staying busy You want to be valued, trusted, and invested in You're interested in becoming Expanded Function (we’ll help get you there) Clinical Responsibilities Chairside assisting in restorative and emergency dentistry Seating crowns Adjusting partials and dentures Managing emergency patients with confidence Supporting a high‑level, conservative dentist and EFDA Maintaining a smooth, efficient clinical flow Growth Opportunity (This is BIG) We are willing to pay for Expanded Function assisting training for the right candidate — allowing you to perform fillings and expand your skill set just like our current EFDA.
