We are seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to assist two male clients in the Brentwood and Antioch areas. The first client lives in Brentwood (37027), and the second client lives in Antioch, approximately 12 miles away.

The caregiver will provide morning care for the Brentwood client on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, followed by afternoon care for the Antioch client. Tuesday and Thursday shifts are with the Antioch client only.

Paid travel time between clients is provide d. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between both locations are required.

Weekly Schedule

• Monday: Brentwood, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM; travel to Antioch; Antioch, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: Antioch, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
• Wednesday: Brentwood, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM; travel to Antioch; Antioch, 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: Antioch, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
• Friday: Brentwood, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; travel to Antioch; Antioch, 1:30 PM–4:30 PM

What to know about this position:

• Two clients with different care needs.
• Paid driving time between the Brentwood and Antioch clients.
• Consistent weekday schedule.
• Duties include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• The ideal caregiver is patient, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable providing both ambulatory and bedridden client care.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA or related experiences with a loved one of family member
Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal language 
Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance
Consent to criminal, elder abuse, motor vehicle and sex offender background checks
Consent to drug and alcohol testing
TB test
