Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist for a patient focused retail/outpatient pharmacy in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a Monday–Friday schedule with the potential to transition into a permanent position. If you are looking for an opportunity to build relationships with patients and health care providers this is the perfect role for you.
Position Details
- Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
- Assignment: Full-Time, 13 week contract to possible direct hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, No weekends
Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
- Dispense medications in accordance with pharmacy regulations
- Provide patient counseling and medication education
- Answer patient questions regarding medications and healthcare needs
- Support daily retail/outpatient pharmacy operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
Requirements
- Active West Virginia Pharmacist license
- Retail or outpatient pharmacy experience
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Excellent attention to detail
