G&E Partners are currently partnered with a well-established, 100% employee-owned General Contractor that is looking to add a Safety Manager to their Phoenix team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction safety professional to lead site safety across projects, in a culture that puts people first and has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the state.

The Role

\n

As Safety Manager, you will lead the development and execution of site-specific safety programs, ensuring every project meets or exceeds OSHA and industry standards.

\n

You will conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, deliver hands-on safety training, and drive a strong safety culture across the jobsite.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop and implement site-specific safety policies, procedures and plans for every project
\n
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all federal, state and local safety regulations
\n
• Proactively identify hazards and assess risks to drive elimination or mitigation strategies
\n
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits, monitoring safe work practices and equipment use
\n
• Lead safety training and education for all team members, covering best practices and emergency procedures
\n
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near-misses, determine root causes and implement corrective actions
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of safety activities, inspections and incident reports
\n
• Promote a strong safety culture by engaging with crews, addressing concerns and reinforcing best practices
\n
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to ensure safety is integrated into every phase of construction
\n

What They’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 5+ years of proven construction safety experience
\n
• Degree in a related field preferred
\n
• Deep understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations
\n
• Key certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, BCSB, CHST and CSP
\n
• Leads by example, building strong relationships and communicating clearly across all project teams
\n
• Proactively identifies safety issues and drives effective, practical solutions on site
\n
• Meticulous attention to detail in inspections, documentation and safety processes
\n
