Looking for a reliable sitter for early AMs and more on occasional weeks.

We are looking for a responsible and caring babysitter for our three children 5,3 and 1. I travel for work and need someone reliable who can come over early AMs (sometimes 4:30 am) to help get the kiddos up and to daycare/school by 8 am. Then pickups around 5 pm until my husband gets home from work. Light meal preparing (pre planned). Looking for someone who is comfortable and does well with high energy kiddos who love to play.
