The Director of Nursing will work closely with the dynamic and highly qualified Unit Managers and Administrator to drive the overall success of the facility. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota license to practice. Nursing experience; preferable in the long-term care setting. Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels. Must reside in Milbank or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to the Milbank, South Dakota area.
