Qualifications & requirements
- Native English speaker
- TEFL/TESOL certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience Job role: kindergarten teacher
- Salary: ¥22,000–¥28,000/month (before tax)
- Meal allowance: Free three meals per day
- Housing allowance: ¥1,800/month
- Holidays: Fully paid national holidays, winter and summer vacations (total of 50 days), plus Christmas holiday (Dec 24–26)
- Sick leave: 2.5 paid sick days per year
- Airfare: Round-trip economy class airfare reimbursed after one full year of service
- Insurance: China’s social insurance provided
- Visa: The school holds government-recognized qualifications to provide work visas (authentic and verifiable credentials required)
- Physical examination: Annual routine health check (extra tests at personal expense)
