Forklift Operator-Day Shift

Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for Forklift Operators. Job Duties And Responsibilities Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other warehousing equipment. Loads, unloads, inspects, and transfers goods within the Company’s production area, freezers, coolers, dry storage and docking areas. Ability to work in a team environment with the common goal of supporting the Company. Understands the importance of adherence to inventory processes. Follows warehousing protocol and procedures (such as FIFO). Ability to cycle count products to ensure the accountability is always maintained. Ability to travel in different areas of the temperature-controlled warehouse. Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications Currently forklift certified. Ability to team-lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to read and write English with basic math skills. Working knowledge of barcoding system including scanners and devices. Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.
