IRG Physical & Hand Therapy seeks a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient-centered care under supervision of licensed physical therapists, assisting in implementing treatment plans, and helping patients achieve optimal physical function.
Qualifications:
- WA state licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation, or other relevant physical therapy.
- Strong communication and empathy skills to build patient rapport.
- Ability to use clinic technology and AI-assisted documentation systems.
- Commitment to contributing to team growth and leadership.
