Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and accurately document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that emphasizes integrity, respect, mentorship, and quality outcomes, while making a meaningful daily impact on seniors’ independence and quality of life.
