To support technology sourcing and vendor management, the part-time Contract Administrator will manage procurement initiatives, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships in a remote capacity for a 5-month contract. Key responsibilities Administer the request for proposal/quote/information (RFX) process and manage vendor selection Negotiate pricing and contractual terms, ensuring compliance with procurement policies Prepare reports and deliver briefings on vendor performance to senior management Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in contract administration and vendor management Proficiency in financial analysis and evaluating deal structures Strong organizational skills with a focus on contract review and deadline management BS/BA degree in business or technology Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
