Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Fashion Valley - San Diego, CA)

Job Description Fabletics is looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead at Fashion Valley in San Diego, CA. The Sales Lead will deliver an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting both Sales & Operations. You will leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores, collaborate with a Store Manager, supervisors, and associates, and help the team hit bold targets to propel the business to new heights. Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, ranging from store events & promotions to community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Actively participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards and identify or communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs). What You Bring to the Team At least 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail‑management experience is a plus. Knowledge and familiarity of active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams. Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. High comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to act when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail‑inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communication skills, and a natural ability to bring the best out in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. The position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. It may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Availability Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
