This role supports a multi-site enterprise network environment, combining engineering and day-to-day operational support to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing network.Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Operations Manager, this position plays a key role in maintaining network reliability, implementing improvements, and supporting critical business operations.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoDesign, implement, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN solutionsMaintain and optimize network performance, reliability, and capacityPerform ongoing maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle managementTroubleshoot and resolve network issues in a production environmentSupport incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call responsibilitiesEnsure network configurations meet security and compliance requirementsContribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement effortsPay range depending on experience: $101,000 - $126,300 + bonus potentialQualificationsWhat You Bring (Requirements)5+ years of network engineering and/or operations experienceStrong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologiesExperience supporting enterprise, multi-site network environmentsSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with Cisco (including Meraki), Palo Alto networking platforms (including IONs and Panorama), Arista (including CloudVision), or comparable technologiesFamiliarity with PCI compliance requirementsFamiliarity with LogicMonitorExposure to cloud or hybrid networking environmentsFamiliarity with scripting or automation toolsHow You WorkSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownershipComfortable working independently while collaborating across teamsDetail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and hygieneProactive in identifying and addressing issues before they impact the businessReliable and accountable, especially in high-impact situationsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeCPI Card Group® is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
