About Our Agency:

I started my career as a State Farm agent back in 1985. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and a Master's degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. I have been an active member of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce for 35 years, and I am honored to be a recipient of the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow award. Additionally, I am involved in the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and support the Boy Scouts of America. Living in Delray Beach for over four decades, I have truly become a part of the community. My agency has been recognized with the Crystal of Excellence award for an impressive 25 consecutive years. Role Description

John Peters - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
