With 45+ years of experience, we proudly deliver top-quality service to homeowners every day.What We Offer:Insurance access after 31 days of employmentLow-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week)Dental and vision insurance optionsHealth Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with company matchPaid time off & holiday payCompany-paid life insuranceResponsibilities:Assist with installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumpsSupport the HVAC installation team with equipment setup, material handling, and job site preparationReport to the warehouse daily to load HVAC parts, tools, and installation equipmentHelp remove and replace outdated HVAC equipment during system replacements and upgradesMaintain a clean and safe work environment during HVAC installationsWork closely with the HVAC installation team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionallyThis is a hands-on HVAC position with strong advancement potential into HVAC Installer or HVAC Service Technician roles.Qualifications:Prior HVAC install experience REQUIREDEPA certificationAbility to lift HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspacesStrong work ethic and customer-focused attitudeMust pass background check and drug screenAmerican Residential Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
