salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 5:15 AM - 3 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

SUMMARY:  The Setoff/Box Department Lead will be expected to ensure that department Standard Operating Procedures are being followed by directing the setoff and box department crew. Ensure employees are following SSOP's. Will train and supervise the talent in process and ensuring all product is stacked according to size in correct pattern; ensuring box traffic runs smoothly; and ensuring all employees are working in a safe mannner.  Assist with up to 30 employees during peak season. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
