Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license valid for work in Indiana
• Prior experience with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
• Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and intervention strategies

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students across K-12, in both individual and group settings
• Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and document progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student needs and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
