Pay Range: $60-$70hr plus benefits @90 days (healthcare/401k)

Tue, Wed, Thu In Office and M&F WFH
We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive automation and data solutions within a financial systems transformation team. This role focuses on leveraging Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot Agents to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Design and implement Copilot Agents to improve workflow efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders across business and IT teams
- Support project delivery and process optimization initiatives
What You Bring:
- 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst (5–10 years total experience )
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Power Automate (5+ years each)
- Experience developing Copilot Agents (1+ year)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have:
- Financial systems or transformation project experience
- Project management exposure
