QE Automation Architect

Job Description
We are looking for a QE Automation Architect with 10–15+ years of Quality Engineering/Test Automation experience and strong, recent hands-on expertise in Playwright. The ideal candidate should be able to design automation frameworks from scratch and operate at an Architect/Lead level while remaining hands-on.
\n \nMust-Have Skills
\n• Strong hands-on Playwright experience – mandatory.
\n• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Java.
\n• Experience designing/building automation frameworks from scratch.
\n• Strong UI and API automation experience.
\n• Experience with Selenium, PyTest, REST Assured, or similar tools.
\n• Strong understanding of CI/CD – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
\n• Experience with cross-browser, parallel execution, POM, and scalable automation.
\n• Strong Architect/Lead-level technical leadership and mentoring experience.
\n• Excellent communication and ability to handle client-facing technical discussions.
\nGood to Have
\n• GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI / MCP / AI-powered testing experience.
\n• Exposure to RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot/Cursor.
\n• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and BrowserStack.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Design and implement scalable Playwright automation frameworks.
\n• Define QE automation strategy, standards, and best practices.
\n• Drive UI/API automation and CI/CD integration.
\n• Lead AI-powered testing and modern QE initiatives.
\n• Mentor QE engineers and provide technical leadership.
\n• Partner with engineering, product, and clients to drive quality across the SDLC.
