Conducting outbound and inbound calls, the full-time or part-time Outbound Sales Specialist will assist policyholders, collect first premiums, and engage potential customers through warm calls in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to newly issued business to welcome them and ensure policy accuracy Utilize CRM to collect first premiums and assist with policy-related inquiries Engage with internet-generated leads to prepare them for the Sales Team Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance preferred but not required Experience in office settings and telecommunications is a plus Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
