Posted 2 years ago Department: Front End/Customer Service FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary / Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 /hr Reports To: Customer Service Manager/Store Manager POSITION SUMMARY The Data Entry/Customer Service Associate is responsible for various tasks within the Data Entry Department, including entering purchase orders, forwarding them to suppliers, and reconciling confirmations. The role involves communicating with warehouse staff about shipments, resolving purchase order discrepancies, answering phones, assisting with customer service, and performing other office duties. The associate will also be responsible for loss prevention, fronting and facing displays, maintaining a clean department, and providing knowledgeable and courteous responses to customers.
