I’m working on a traveling superintendent position with a construction management firm running ground-up and tenant build-out projects for national retail/QSR clients across Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. Fast-paced 60-90 day project cycles, so you’re constantly moving and stacking

completed projects, not stuck on one job forever.

What’s in it:

• Regional travel base (IN/IL/MO), home most weekends - Must reside in either of the three states

• Fast project turnover variety, not monotony

• Field tech provided, streamlined reporting process

• Per diem and housing covered with a company credit card, plus holiday pay

• Paid downtime between projects

What they need:

• Experience completing at least 3 ground-up construction projects

• Site work and civil coordination experience

• 2+ years as a Superintendent, or 3-4+ years as a Foreman/Lead Tradesperson with full project lifecycle exposure

• Ability to develop and manage 2-week look-ahead schedules

• OSHA 30 certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
