Summary As a Heating and Cooling Service Technician, you will be essential in providing high-quality HVAC services, ensuring optimal performance of heating and cooling systems. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in refrigeration and HVAC, along with your premium skills in service technician experience and HVAC design, to troubleshoot and repair residential systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital for effective customer interactions and time management. Your mechanical knowledge and field service expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining our commitment to excellence in residential construction and property maintenance. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge, providing effective solutions. Communicate with clients to explain services and address concerns, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Manage time efficiently to complete service calls and maintain organized records of work performed. Collaborate with construction teams on residential projects, applying HVAC design principles as needed.
