Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Randolph, MA. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and handle performance evaluations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves providing guidance and support to employees and leadership teams on HR best practices. Lead safety and social trainings and audits. Qualifications Expertise in Human Resources tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements Experience with payroll processes and benefits administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with HR software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in an HR management role preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Melville Candy Co.
