You'll be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support recruitment and onboarding efforts.Coordinate interviews and intake meetingsEnter data into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Communicate status updates to applicantsManage background checks, driving records, and other contingenciesAdminister candidate assessment processesSupport labor relations by coordinating meetings and tracking grievances2 years of general administrative, recruiting, scheduling, or HR-related experienceExperience handling sensitive or privileged informationStrong public speaking and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools1 year of experience with an applicant tracking system or full-cycle recruitmentFamiliarity with iCIMS and/or PeopleSoftExperience hosting Zoom or Teams Meetings100% of your work will be performed onsite in an office environment within Everett, WA.
