What You'll Do
- Responsible for sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments using specialized equipment like sterilizers, Sterrad machines, and ultrasonic devices
- Ensure compliance with hospital and industry sterilization protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
- Assist in managing supplies and inventory of sterile instruments
- Support surgical teams by ensuring sterile instruments are ready for procedures
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures
What You Need
Required:- CRCST or CSPDT certification
- Minimum 3 years of hospital-level I or II experience
- Proficiency with sterilization equipment such as Sterrad, Ultrasonic (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
- Previous experience in surgical services or sterile processing departments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

You will support surgical teams by ensuring the availability of sterile instruments and maintaining high standards of infection control.
