Stevens Dental Clinic is seeking a friendly, honest, and gentle Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our progressive, patient-centered team in Cedarburg, WI. TitleDental hygienist
Job DescriptionPerform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings.
Conduct professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing.
Capture and interpret digital dental radiographs (X-rays).
Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and preventative counseling.
Document patient treatments and histories accurately within the patient record.
Maintain a sterile clinical environment in compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Salary Rangefull-time $40 - $55 per hour

Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and a Retirement Plan.
Shift & ScheduleMonday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Thursday: One hygiene day per month from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (with the potential for additional hours if desired).
Requirements- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Eaglesoft
- Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Local Anesthesia Certification
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
Education: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the State of Wisconsin.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
Attributes: A gentle clinical touch and a friendly, patient-focused personality.
Integrity: A commitment to honest, ethical patient care.
PreferencesExperience: While entry-level candidates and new graduates are highly encouraged to apply, prior experience in a clinical setting is welcomed.
Technology: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital imaging.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term trust with the Cedarburg community.
