A modern and welcoming boutique office in Brickell, Miami A supportive team environment that values your contributions What will you be doing? Assist front desk activities (following a daily structure to do them) Answer overflow of calls and texts Schedule appointments, collecting payments, entering payments Assist in presenting treatment plans Assist in insurance coordination Assist in communicating with other dental offices that refer patients Assist in other secretarial tasks (using excel, etc.) Assist the main dental assistant (following a daily structure to do them) Assist in setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays and CBCTs Communicating with materials/equipment vendors etc. Assist in buying materials, mailing documents, etc. Assist in documentation What are we looking for?
