A Tampa apartment community is looking for a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for new residents. This role focuses on turning “before” units into clean, move‐in‐ready homes on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete punch‐list items for vacant apartments: basic repairs, caulking, hardware replacement, and touch‐up or full‐unit painting.

• Coordinate with cleaning vendors and maintenance staff to ensure units meet community standards before move‐in.

• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance as needed.

• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work area; document completed items.

Qualifications

• Previous make‐ready, maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred.

• Ability to follow a punch‐out checklist, meet deadlines, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
