In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various garage door systems, ensuring safety and functionality for our clients.
As a Garage Door Technician, you will work closely with both residential and commercial customers to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and deliver high-quality services. Garage Door Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components or machine parts.
- Work above 10'
- Operation of drills, circular saws, impacts
- Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools.
- Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair.
- Remove parts or components from equipment.
- Run wiring to connect equipment.
- Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning.
- Test mechanical equipment to ensure its functioning properly.
- Document operational activities.
- Physically able to move items weighing 50 lbs.
- Able to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc., for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Drug Free.
- Background check required.
